Job Responsibilities
1. Overall responsible for day to day Secretarial Jobs at CEO's desk with dignity & maintain confidentiality.
2. Drafting letter, correspondence, proposals, speech etc. for CEO both in Bangla and English as needed.
3. Maintain files and keep correspondence and reports available for reference.
4. Prepare correspondence, business reports and presentations as required.
5. Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences and travel arrangements within and outside the country.
6. Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels from home and abroad.
7. Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
8. Arranging travel, visa and accommodation and take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
9. Screening phone calls, enquirers and requests and handling them when needed.
Preserve all confidential files and documents.
10. Coordinate with management team as per requirement.
11. Follow-up actions on pending important issues.
12. Maintaining privacy, secrecy as well as maintain official norms and principle.
Should be flexible for taking any other tasks to be assigned by the CEO.

Employment Status

Educational Requirements
Bachelor/Masters from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements

1. The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Administration, Management, Front Desk Job

2. Expert in MS Office package (MS Outlook, MS word, MS Excel & PowerPoint presentation).
3. Ability to operate Internet, Browsing and online communication.
4. Strong written and oral communication skills especially in English language are essential.
5. Should have very good Interpersonal Skills.
6. Candidate should be smart, self-motivated, dynamic and energetic.
